Network Control, a pioneer and leader in the Telecom Expense Management (TEM) industry today announced continued growth and strong results for the first half of 2018. Significant new clients were added, and revenue continued to grow in a wide range of market segments.
“For the first half of the year we added six large enterprise clients in different market segments. This speaks volumes about our unique ability to adapt our processes and technologies to the specific needs of our customers,” said Mark Hearn, President and CEO of Network Control.
Also of note, according to Hearn, has been the acquisition of clients who have sought to replace their existing Telecom Expense/Mobile Expense Management vendors. “We pride ourselves on providing the best possible service, support and white glove treatment, which in turn leads to the best possible delivery model, communications savings and network insight. In a technology world that can turn on a dime, we are able to help our customers do the same.”
Among those companies electing to migrate to Network Control are an innovative medical devices company and a major teaching hospital organization. With over 4,000 employees, the medical devices company required “kid-glove” support for the “C-suite” and sales force to deliver value to their customers. Additionally, the IT Team needed to off-load the daunting tasks of providing help desk support for an ever-changing mobility environment in addition to providing a self-service portal for all employees.
Another new Network Control client is one of the largest medical institutions in California. They had little knowledge of their mobility infrastructure, spend and inventory. In both cases significant savings and dramatically higher levels of support are being provided.
Network Control is proud to continue to grow their customer base while assuring the existing clients receive the “white-glove” treatment they are accustomed. As a result of continued customer growth, Network Control continues to expand its support-side team which represents the highest support staff-to-client ratio in the TEM industry.
