Responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, and working with key client executives and cross-functional internal teams, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to client needs.

The Account Manager must be organized, proactive, analytical and detailed with the ability to lead and inspire teams of clients and co-workers. The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the desire to receive training and create/implement processes and procedures. In addition to excellent computer skills, the Account Manager utilizes Network Control’s TemNet® software, a revolutionary “anywhere, anytime” web-based TEM dashboard, inventory, reporting and management tool.
