Mark D. Hearn
President and Chief Executive Officer
As CEO and President Mark leads the vision and direction of Network Control. He has been an active steward in the telecommunications management marketplace since 1987 and is recognized as a pioneer in the TEM industry, having started one of the first software based TEM companies. As a former President and CEO of two successful Consulting and Telecommunications Expense Software companies Mark brings a wealth of institutional knowledge and domain expertise to Network Control dating back to the divestiture of the Bell Companies and through the genesis of today’s TEM Market. His passion for exceeding customers’ expectations, drive to do best at all cost and determination to make a difference in people’s lives is what has molded Network Control to be a leader in the Telecom Outsourcing marketplace. As a keynote speaker at industry trade shows, he maintains a keen sense of the marketplace while driven to achieve customer satisfaction is his key motivation.
Mark has a Bachelor’s Degree from St. Mary’s College of California and resides on the Board of Trustees at the Charles Armstrong School in Belmont, CA and is a member of the ITFMA. He resides in Walnut Creek, CA with his wife Susanne and their three children and wagging friend “Jake”.
Tonya Schmidt
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Tonya is responsible for building and sustaining an infrastructure that allows the company to achieve its service and growth goals. Tonya has been with Network Control for over ten years. Her astute knowledge of billing systems, human resources and customer requirements makes her a key differentiator for the company.
Laura Tjebkes
Director of Client Services
Laura is co-founder of Network Control and has over eleven years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Laura has extensive background in customer relations and developing policy and procedures that govern customer correspondence which continually generate 98.5% customer satisfaction ratings. She also has a vast knowledge and understanding of auditing, provisioning, and cost reduction of both wireless and wire line services.
Laura attended Metro State University in Minneapolis-St. Paul.
Account Managers:
Each customer is assigned a dedicated Account Manager who is responsible for your 100% satisfaction. They review your account on a weekly basis with your Voice, Data and Wireless Specialists to assure everything is operating at peak performance.
In addition to the Support Analysts, Help Desk Team and other back office staff at Network Control, the Account Managers job is make sure your needs and expectations aren’t simply met - they are exceeded.
Cari Larsen:
As the Manager of Contract Services, Cari has vast knowledge of carrier and enterprise contractual terms and conditions and is always seeking ways to find customers those extra contractual benefits. Her greatest strength is being able to manage the carrier’s bureaucracy while assuring your company receives not only the most favored rates but also the best terms and conditions. On average Cari is involved in over 250 Carrier contracts per year. Cari has been with Network Control since 2002.
Connie Petersen:
Connie has been with Network Control for over 6 years and has a keen sense of account management and financial reporting. She brings a strong accounting and finance background to the organization. Connie has a bachelor degree in accounting from Upper Iowa University.
Jessi Franzen:
Jessi’s strengths are in her passion to make the customers happy and ability to complete jobs ahead of schedule. She is truly remarkable at how astute she is in understanding clients’ needs and fulfilling them. Her sense of customer satisfaction is uncanny and she always is there when you need her. Jessi has been a part of the Network Control Team for more than 10 years.
Leslie Usher:
Leslie always has a smile and has a knack for putting together all the pieces in a puzzle in order to make sense out of things. She has worked in various aspects of voice and data billing, provisioning and audit services and has great energy and desire to keep her customers smiling too. Her passion is to exceed the customers expectations and maintain open and active communication every step of the way and she will never finish until she knows you are 110% satisfied.
Melinda Hackman:
Melinda’s strength is her ability to not just multi-task, but triple-play and provides her clients with the accurate information on time and to their liking. She has been with Network Control since 2005.
Nancee Little:
Nancee has been with Network Control for over 9 years and has in-depth carrier experience as well as that of the end-user customer. She was with AT&T for 25 years working in various roles from end-user support, operations, and account management. Prior to joining Network Control, Nancee was the IT Manager with 3Com Corp where she managed a team of over 30 individuals and a budget of over 25 Million. Currently Nancee is our Senior Project Manager where she assists with on-boarding new clients RFPs and auditing. Nancee has a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies and Psychology from San Jose State University in San Jose, CA. and is located in Ft. Worth, TX
